Led end-to-end product design across two internal enterprise platforms at Itaú, serving around 40K active users in commercial and operational workflows. Over two phases, I reduced idea submission time by 90%, from 8 minutes to under 1 minute, then shipped AI-powered triage into production, cutting evaluation time by 80% and operational costs by 50%. CSAT reached 97.85% and SUS scored 92. Along the way, I mentored 2 designers who were later promoted to junior product design roles.

Led end-to-end product design for the redesign of Nexoos, a regulated P2P fintech platform connecting individual investors and small business borrowers. Worked across research, information architecture, mobile-first flows, and stakeholder alignment, and assumed full design ownership mid-project after the Design Lead's departure, defending decisions directly with senior business and technology stakeholders. The redesigned information architecture drove +34% new investor registrations and 21% reactivation of inactive investors within two months of launch. Also built and handed off a scalable design system aligned with Material Design, reducing development time by 91%.

UX/UI Designer across multiple client engagements at Valtech, with primary focus on Zoetis, a B2B and B2C animal health company in a regulated market. Led the GTM digital experience end-to-end, defining three audience profiles, designing audience-specific information architecture, and delivering production-ready prototypes with full implementation documentation for handoff. Also built a measurement setup by audience segment to support post-launch performance tracking, and created Zoetis' design system, reducing product lead time by 81%.
